DAY 1 AIRPORT / COLOMBO (35km)   Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport, met by "triptosrilanka" Representatives and transfer to Hotel in Colombo. p.m. City Tour and Shopping CITY TOUR AND SHOPPING The City Tour will include places of Tourist interest such as Old parliament, Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall, Buddhist Hindu Temple and Town Hall. DAY 2 COLOMBO / PINNAWALA / KANDY (140km)   After Breakfast, leave for Kandy. En route visits Elephant Orphanage Pinnawala. ELEPHANT ORPHANGE The foster – home of elephants of different age and size feeding, bathing, playing together and even mating. These have been found injured or left abandoned in the wilderness. There are even little baby calves born in captivity. KANDY A ruled in Kandy up to 1815 although the rest of the island was under the British regime. Finally it was ceded to them by the Chieftains of Kandy who were disappointed over the king’s cruel deeds. Today Kandy is one of the most important cities owing to the presence of the Temple of the Sacred tooth of the Buddha. Dinner and overnight stay at Hunnas Falls Hotel -Kandy (Honeymoon Hotel)

DAY 3 KANDY (0km)   Breakfast at Hotel. At leisure Dinner and overnight stay at Hunnas Falls Hotel -Kandy (Honeymoon Hotel)

DAY 4 KANDY / NUWARA ELIYA (150km)   Breakfast at Hotel. Leave for Nuwara Eliya. NUWARA ELIYA Nuwara Eliya also known as Little England is where the homesick British ( The Tea Planters) built themselves a home away from home. A touch of old England could be experienced by taking a drive through the city. Dinner and Overnight stay at Tea Factory Hotel - Nuwara Eliya.

DAY 5 NUWARA ELIYA / HORTON PLAINS (80km)   Breakfast at Hotel. Leave for Horton Plains (Nature Walk ) This is Optional Tour. HORTON PLAINS Located in the highest plateau of Sri Lanka at an elevation of 7,000 feet above sea level. Usually the plains are visible before 10 a.m. as otherwise the mist covers the view. The highlight of the Plains is the terrific escarpment which drops vertically for about 1,000 feet. On a very clear day, one could view the east horizon too. Rare species of fauna and flora are found here. This Plains was once the hunting ground for the British Governor Mr. Farr. Today the home of Mr. Farr has been turned into a Rest House and is called “Farr Inn”. Dinner and Overnight stay at Hotel Tea Factory Hotel - N'Eliya.

DAY 6 NUWARA ELIYA / NEGOMBO (190km)   After Breakfast Proceed to Negombo via Kithulgala. View to beauty of two water falls St.clairs fall and Devon Fall. Next visit the Film site of “Bridge of The River Kwaii” p.m. at leisure Dinner and Overnight Stay at Browns Beach Hotel - Negombo

DAY 7 NEGOMBO / AIRPORT (35km)   After breakfast leave for Airport for Departure... End of Tour with Triptosrilanka.com....
