DAY 1 AIRPORT/NEGOMBO (10km)   Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport , met by "Don Voyage" Representatives and proceed to Negombo. p.m. Visit Fishing Village NEGOMBO The fishing village of Negombo has turned out to be a very popular Tourist Beach Resort, for its Golden Sun kissed Beach that’s fringed with Palm Groves. The amazing fact is that the development of the tourist industry has had no influence to change the originality of the quiet fishing village or the Life style of the inhabitants. DAY 2 NEGOMBO/KANDY (70km)   Breakfast at Hotel. Leave for Kandy. En route visit ELEPHANT ORPHANAGE Next visit the Elephant Orphanage, the foster – home of elephants of different age and size feeding, bathing, playing together and even mating. These have been found injured or left abandoned in the wilderness. There are even little baby calves born in captivity SPICE GARDEN Visit a spice garden at mavanella which grows spices and herbs used for Sri Lankan cuisine and medication. Spices of Sri Lanka attracted the early sea faring merchants who made the long voyages to purchase this precious merchandise. P.m. Visit art and craft centre and Gem Bureau where you will be shown a documentary film on how Sri Lankan Gem mining is traditionally done. enjoy a typical Sri Lankan Cultural Show of Drumming Dancing music and fire walking. TEMPLE OF THE TOOTH OF RELIC Visit the Temple of the sacred tooth relic of the Buddha. This temple, the most important one for The Sri Lankan Buddhists was built in the 16th Century A.D. solely for the purpose of housing the tooth relic. City Tour, Shopping, Museum & Sight seeing of kandy including Upper Lake Drive. Overnight stay at Hotel - Kandy.

DAY 3 KANDY/AIRPORT (160km)   Breakfast at hotel, leave for airport via Colombo. En route visit the Botanical Garden Peradeniya. BOTANICAL GARDEN Which was a pleasure garden of a Kandyan King of the 16th Century and later made in to a Botanical Garden during the British regime Proceed to Nuwara Eliya, the misty city is located over 6000 feet above sea level. Next CITY & SHOPPING The City Tour will include places of Tourist interest such as Old parliament, Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall, Buddhist Hindu Temple and Town Hall. Shopping at Odel, House of Fashion, Bare foot etc. Proceed to Airport for Departure.
