-Haputale
In
central Sri Lanka lies the Bogawantalawa Valley, known as
the Golden Valley of Tea & home to old Ceylon, replete
with rolling green hills, plantation bungalows, high tea
& exquisite service. Here in solitude, at an elevation
of 4000 feet, lies Ceylon Tea Trails, four classic colonial
bungalows built a century ago for British tea estate managers.
These historic houses have been impeccably restored by Dilmah
Tea.
Situated
approximately 6182 feet above sea level, and built high
above the “Holiday Station” the MIDKY hotel
is bound to attract many guests, due to its prominent location
in the Nuwara Eliya district. Set
amidst the scenic beauty in the hill country the hotel offers
their guests a number of facilities that include relaxation
and peace of mind among others.
